THE #NOTTINGHAMSHIRE WANT TO PLAY LEAGUE ELITE REP SQUAD TRIP TO WOLVERHAMPTON WANDERERS...

We took a new group of 'footie lads' out last weekend in Ladies Annabella and Caroline.

The Nottinghamshire Want To Play league (WTPL) Elite Rep squad is made up of all the players with the most ability from each of their league teams across the county.

This particular squad represents the county of Nottinghamshire and the aim is to play teams from other counties and showcase the talent of their PAN disability players.

We travelled to Wolverhampton Wanderers on Sunday for their first friendly match and they were very successful on the pitch. After the match the opponents gave the squad a tour around Molineux, which is the stadium for the main Wolverhampton Wanderers team.

It was a fantastic day and a true reflection of what our community transport scheme is all about.

Massive thanks to the two volunteer drivers Richard Baker & Peter Russell. Great photo too of the Ladies parked up in front of the Stan Cullis Stand - the tribute to the professional footballer and Manager primarily for Wolverhampton Wanderers.
